I'm Jeremy — the engineer behind GO Plumbing & Heating and the person who'll be in your home from first quote to final cup of tea. For the last nine years I've made my living looking after other people's heating, and I still genuinely enjoy the puzzle of it.

My day-to-day covers everything from designing and installing complete heating systems to fitting air source and ground source heat pumps, servicing gas boilers, and chasing down the awkward faults that other engineers have given up on. If it heats your home or moves hot water, chances are I've worked on it.

I started GO Plumbing & Heating because I was tired of seeing rushed jobs, surprise invoices and tradesmen who don't pick up the phone. Every job I take on is quoted clearly, completed properly and stood behind — no call centres, no subcontractors, no surprises.

When I'm not on the tools I'm a very proud dad to my two kids, Percy and June. Most weekends you'll find the three of us out on a country walk, mucking about at the beach, or making far too much mess at home — and loving every minute of it.
